AR Exhibition in Venice
The British visual artist Jam Sutton is using Augmented Reality for his latest exhibition “Rituals” which has started in Venice this month. In his virtual exhibition that is located at three different locations across the city, Sutton explores the connection between ancient and modern rituals.
Archeological monuments were scanned in order to create these highly detailed virtual sculptures. They mirror how modern-day rituals, like consumerism and brand symbolism transfer meaning to objects.
